Basic information on your practice and what you want to achieve is all we need at this stage. You can give us your name or a username.
We will give you an initial overview based on the information you have supplied.
Our experience of the market will allow us to judge potential moves that will give you what you are looking for. If there is common interest on the sort of sets that we have access to, we can then move to the next stage when you are ready.
We will set up an initial meeting.
Once confidentiality agreements are exchanged, we can set up an initial meeting with one of our experienced consultants to exchange views and discuss options. This will be at a discreet venue away from the Inns.
We will make enquiries.
We can make discreet contact with any sets we have agreed as being a good fit for you and who we know will be able to maintain and enhance your practice. At no stage will any information be imparted that could possibly identify you or your Chambers.
If there is common interest, our consultants, who specialise in Bar lateral moves, will meet you to discuss further and conduct due diligence.
We will report back to you.
Then, and only when you are completely happy to proceed further, we will move on to the next stage. This would be to disclose your identity and relevant details to a key decision maker at the set, on a confidential “your eyes only” basis and only when they have entered into a confidentiality agreement
Introduction.
Once all parties are happy we will then go through a formal process of applying to the set.

We fully understand the anxieties and concerns involved in moving Chambers, especially in the first six months of the new tenancy. We are always on hand to be your confidante or sounding board on anything. Our Chambers’ experience means that any concern is unlikely to be new to us and our door is always open for a friendly chat or confidential discussion.
